Jerry M. Weink passed away on Monday, October 21, 2013 at the age of 57 years.

Jerry was the owner and operator of J&J Flooring Installations for over 30 years. He was an avid fisherman and had just an overall appreciation for wildlife.

Jerry is survived by his wife Joanne (nee Emmet); son Christopher Goffin; and grandchildren Brandon, Natasha, Jo-De, and Bai-Leigh. He is further survived by his siblings Linda Krohn, Edward (Karen), Dennis (Ramona), Lori (Chad) Knutson, and John (Dawn); brother-in-law Chuck Zacharies; many in-laws, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Edward and Janet (nee Kausch), sister Sandra Zacharies, and brother-in-law Robert Krohn.

A Gathering of Remembrance for Jerry from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM on Saturday, October 26, 2013 at the Scenic View County Club, 4415 Club Dr. in Slinger.
