Jeffrey H. Johnson, age 56, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, October 21, 2013 in Nevada. He was born in Milwaukee on November 15, 1956 to Donald and Marion (nee Karrer) Johnson. He graduated from Milwaukee Lutheran Class of 1974. He married Bonnie Lee Hornig on September 19, 1987.

He is survived by his wife, Bonnie; children, Brian (fiancé Liz) LaVanway and Ross (Leigh) LaVanway, Blake (Heather) Johnson; grandchildren, Mason, Jacob, and Calvin; father, Donald Johnson; brothers, Doug and Bruce Johnson; sister, Debbie (Eric) Davidson; in-laws, Walter and Doreen Hornig; sisters-in-law, Linda Hornig and Christine (Tim) Spreda. He is further survived by nieces, Natalie (Nathan) Bird and Hannah Davidson; other relatives and many dear friends.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Marion Johnson.

The Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, October 27, 2013 at 3:00 PM at St. John's UCC in Slinger. The visitation will be at the church on Sunday, October 27th from 1:00-3:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice, in memory of Jeff.
