Obituary
Jeffrey Dean Best, age 69, of West Bend, passed away unexpectedly at his home on August 29, 2024. He was born on December 31, 1954 to G. Rose Partridge and Winton Best in Champaign, IL. In 1979, he joined the service and became an Army Medic, serving 2 tours-first in Germany and the second in Hawaii. He met and married Doris Frisse, who preceded him in death. In 2014, he married Dorothy Walsh. He became a Celtic Minister and together with Dorothy, they performed many spiritual weddings as Harp and Minister. Jeff was preceded in death by his parents and his first wife, Doris. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Dorothy; his brother, Winton Joseph (Florence) Best, niece Kristen Best and nephew Matthew Best, and close friends. Private service and interment at the Danville National Cemetery in Danville, IL.
