Jeffrey Scott Baumgartner, age 54, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 31, 2016. He was born on December 24, 1961 to Robert and Marilyn (nee Schatz) Baumgartner. Jeff enjoyed spending time with his family, cooking, and snowmobiling.

Jeffrey is the beloved husband of 25 years, Debra (nee Obremski); loving father of Courtney (Kevin) Bednarek, twin sons Mark and Brad; proud grandpa of Logan "Linus" and Melanie; beloved son of Marilyn, brother to Sandy, LuAnn, Karen, John, Allen (Lori); fond brother of Dan and Gerry; sister-in-law Caryn (Dave) Hartfield. He is further survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, special niece Megan, other relatives and friends. Jeffrey is preceded in death by his father Robert, brothers Daniel, Lauren, his grandparents and father-in-law Richard.

A Funeral Service will be held at 6:00PM on Monday, June 6, 2016 at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W. Paradise Dr., West Bend, WI 53095). Visitation will be at the funeral home on Monday, June 6, 2016 from 2:00PM until 5:45PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to the family.
