Jean F. Zukowski,
Passed away peacefully at home on November 21, 2015 surrounded by family at the age of 89. She was born in Evanston, IL and married to the late Stanley Zukowski of Iron River, MI in 1974. She will be sadly missed by daughters, Barbara Yaiser, Carol (Ron) Cichocki, and Jan (Roger Zanon) Gibson; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends. She loved playing card games and was a lifelong Chicago Cubs fan.
In accordance with her wishes, no formal funeral services will be held.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to Horizon Home Care and Hospice for their compassion and care.
