Jean Ann Jacque (nee Windis), 55 years old, passed away peacefully on 3/18/15 after a long battle with cancer.
Jean was born in Port Washington to John and Mary Windis on September 26, 1959, and was a twin to her sister, Joan. She attended St. Mary's grade school and graduated from Port Washington High School in 1978. She married Randal Jacque (1981) and worked at Jacque Welding in earlier years. Jean loved the sun and swimming/diving, played various sports—especially softball, delighted in crossword puzzles and enjoyed working 19 years at the West Bend Country Club.
Jean is survived by her husband, Randal, of Port Washington, her mother, Mary Windis, of West Bend, and 10 of her siblings: Katherine Windis of Sun City, AZ; Judith Hill of St. Petersburg, FL; Carol (Tom) Schneider of Oconomowoc, WI; Jennifer (Bob) Heth of Winona, MN; John (Mary) Windis, Jr. of Oshkosh, WI; Deborah (John) McNaughton of Milwaukee, WI; Joan (Gary) Simonsen of Racine, WI; Mary (Mark) Adams of Canistota, SD; Patricia (Ron) Neu of Kewaskum, WI; and Roberta (Max) Bailey of Bartlesville, OK. In addition, Jean is survived by many nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. She is also survived by her husband's siblings: Richard (Annette) Jacque of Grafton and Dennis (Jan) Jacque of Port Washington.
Jean was preceded in death by her father, John Windis, Sr., and her brother, Daniel Martin Windis, along with her father-in-law, Ed Jacque and mother-in-law, Sylvia (Heidi) Jacque, and sister-in-law, Karen Jacque.
The family will receive visitors for a gathering Saturday March 21, 2015 from 10:00 until 11:30am (No formal service) at Phillip Funeral Home, 1420 W Paradise Dr, West Bend, WI 53095.
