Janice Lynn Frazier (nee Dalby), of Billings, Montana, age 76, passed away on October 2, 2019 at Aurora Hospital in Grafton, WI. She was born on November 9, 1942 to Howard and Lucille Dalby. She graduated from high school in Montana, Class of 1960. She married Ron Frazier in Denver, CO on April 6, 1963. Later moving to Wisconsin, Janice was employed at the Menomonee Falls Chamber of Commerce. She enjoyed reading and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her loving husband Ron; cherished son Darrell (Sandy) Frazier and daughter Stephanie (Mark) Mecus; beloved grandchildren, Dane (Abby) Frazier, Jessica (Robert) Frazier, Andrew Mecus and Davis Frazier; great-grandson Daniel Jones; sister-in-law Julene (Gary) Hill; daughter-in-law Maria Teresa Penna; niece Carissa (Mark) Hardy; nephew Stephen Dalby; and great friends, Fred and Jane Seybold.

Janice is preceded in death by her parents; and mother-in-law and father-in-law Helen and Julian Frazier.
