James "Jimmy" Randall Mallette, age 81, passed away on Wed., June 21, 2017. Born on April 4, 1936 in Rockford, IL to William and Rose (nee Miller) Mallette. He served in the US Coast Guard and retired as a Detective from the City of Milwaukee Police Department. Jimmy was an avid motorcycle rider and member of Random Riders Motorcycle Club.
Survived by his wife Karen (nee Heffel); children, Mark, Jeff (Dawn), David (Terry), Daniel (Terri); grandchildren, Hanna, Marcus, Sam and David; sister Lois (Edward) Striet; brother-in-law Gene Johnson; step-sister Carol Maust; sister-in-law Jenny Heffel. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by his parents; twin sister Joan Johnson; brothers Sandy and Bill; step-mother Eunice Mallette; step-brother Billy Grebner; brothers-in-law Carl Heffel and Clarence (Bernice) Heffel.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, July 1, 2017 at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W Paradise Drive, West Bend). Visitation will be at the funeral home on Saturday, July 1st from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm.
