Obituary

James B. Clark "Jim", age 81, passed away on Sunday, July 20, 2014, at St. Joseph Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was born on May 14, 1933, in Hartford to Richard and M. Antoinette "Butzy" (nee Katzfey) Clark. Jim was raised in Hartford. He met Joyce Lavrenz while working at Amity Leather, and they married on August 9, 1952, in Merton. Jim was the owner of Clark Trucking until he retired in 2000.

In his free time Jim enjoyed fishing for Coho salmon on Lake Michigan with his friends and collecting classic convertibles, mainly Cadillacs. He also enjoyed playing the guitar and listening to country music. Every summer, Jim could be found mowing the lawns in the neighborhood. Most of all, Jim's heart and soul was his career driving semi trucks and spending time with his family.

Jim is survived by his wife of 62 years, Joyce Clark; children Leona Clark, Cheryl Reindl, Yvonne Clark, Curtis (Patty) Clark, Renee Clark and Debby (Scott) Niemuth; grandchildren Jason Reindl, Holly (Derek) Potter, Heather (Luke) Hahm, Ryan (Megan) Reindl, Krystal (Jared) Reindl, Melissa (Matt) Bork, Miranda Clark, Cassandra (Joe) Kind, Anthony (Jenny) Niemuth, Victoria Woodrum, Andrew (Eden) Niemuth, Laura Peters and Kayla Peters; 17 great-grandchildren; sisters Nancy Clark, Diane (Ed) Gilson and Patsy Rosio; siblings-in-law Bernice (Kenneth) Bastian, Raymond Lavrenz, Spencer Lavrenz, Clayton (Sandy) Lavrenz, Darwin Lavrenz, Beatrice Wentz and Tricia Clark; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his parents; son Randall Clark; siblings John Clark, Dennis Clark and Pansy Clark; siblings-in-law Delbert Lavrenz, Kenneth Lavrenz and Donald (Viola "Bunny") Lavrenz, Evelyn (Lewis) Gatzke and Donna Lavrenz.

A Funeral Service will be held at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W. Paradise Dr., West Bend) on Saturday, July 26 at 5:00 PM. Visitation will be held at the Funeral Home from 2:00 PM until the time of the service. Interment will take place at Auburn Cemetery in Campbellsport. Memorials to The Salvation Army or Puppyland Humane Society appreciated.
