James F. Bindrich, of Kewaskum, passed away at home on Sunday, April 13, 2014 at the age of 91. Jim was born November 12, 1922 to Fred Henry Bindrich and Frieda Ida (Bialkowsky) Bindrich in Milwaukee, WI. He is survived by his loving wife of 71 years, Laverne (Boser) and his son, Jerry (Christal) Bindrich, brother Glen Bindrich of Arkansas and sister-in-law Bernice Bindrich of Kewaskum.
Jim was a proud grandpa to Deb (Mike) Gracz, Steve Bindrich, Beth (Douglas) Butler, Theresa (Rick) Donarski, Craig (Virginia) Troller, Dean (Sheryl) Davis-Troller, and Dane (Shannon) Bergeron. He is further survived by many great-grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents, daughter JoEllen Bergeron, son-in-law Rick Bergeron, brother Robert Bindrich, sister-in-law Helen Bindrich, and grandsons Wayne Troller and Wade Bergeron.
Jim was proud of his military service in the Air Force during WWII. He loved animals and his backyard was a continual banquet for birds since 1969.
Family and friends will gather on Saturday, April 19th at 10:30 AM until 11:30 AM at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W Paradise Drive, West Bend). A celebration of Jim's life will begin at 11:30 AM. Burial will take place at 3:00 PM at Lincoln Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, please donate to a charity of your choice in memory of Jim.
