Jack R. Curry age 88, passed away peacefully on Tuesday July 15th, 2014. Jack was born on May 29th, 1926 in New London, WI, to the Late John and Alice (nee Birch) Curry. He later went on to marry Agnes Curry (nee Monfils) on May 7th, 1955 in Green Bay, WI. Jack loved his dogs, enjoyed fishing and especially loved being with his family.

Jack is survived by his loving wife Agnes; his children William (Christina), David (Judith), Colleen Curry Swartz; grandchildren Clair (Cameron) Sleger Kerr, Andy Sleger, John II "Jack" Swartz; and two great grandchildren. Jack is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Jack is preceded in death by his parents, daughter JoAnn Curry, siblings Evelyn (Robert) George, Charles "Chuck" (Molly) and Arlene Schuetz.

A Memorial Service for Jack will be held on Monday, July 21st, 2014 at 5:00 pm at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W. Paradise Dr. West Bend) with Pastor David Schoob officiating. Visitation for Jack will be at the funeral home on Monday, July 21st from 3:00 pm until the time of the service at 5:00 pm at the Phillip Funeral Home.
