Jack A. "Pops" Amos, age 90, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 14, 2017 at The Kathy Hospice in West Bend. He was born on September 2, 1927 in Milwaukee, WI to Harold and Paula (nee Such) Amos.

Jack is survived by his three children and spouses, Jeff (Jennifer), Mark (Nancy), Lisa (Jim); grandchildren, Maggie, Hannah, Jamie (Shane), Jesse (Lisa), Heidi (Lance), Nick, Amanda, Zach; great grandchildren, Dakota, McCartney, Jonah, Teigan, Wes, Keegan, Kendall, Amelia, Ava, Mason. Pops is further survived by his sister Judy, sisters-in-law and spouse Margie (Jim), Donna, brother-in-law and spouse Kent (Mary), nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Joan, his sister, Bonnie, brother, Neil, sister-in-law Audrey, brother -in- law, Bill, and great grandchild, Jordan.

A Memorial Service will at 3:00PM on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W. Paradise Dr. West Bend, WI 53095). Visitation will be at the funeral home on Saturday, January 6 from 1:00PM until the time of service (3:00PM).
