Ivan D. Seefeldt, age 75, passed away on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at Cedar Lake Health and Rehabilitation Center in West Bend. He was born on June 3, 1941 to the late Victor and Laura Seefeldt. On June 10, 1961, he was united in marriage to the late Sandra J. Seefeldt (nee Erdmann).

Some of his favorite pastimes include: baseball, softball, basketball, golf, umpiring, hunting and fishing.

Those Ivan leaves behind to cherish his memory include his children, Brian (Leslie), Jeff, Lisa (Chris) Seefeldt Buck, and Todd (Tina); 12 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.

The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, November 21, 2016 at 12:30 PM at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W Paradise Drive, West Bend). The Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday, November 21st from 11:00 AM until the time of service at 12:30 PM. Entombment will take place at Washington County Memorial Park.
