Helen M. Seitz, 94, passed away on Thursday, September 8, 2016 at Cedar Communities. She was born to Arthur and Caroline Raquet on February 19, 1922 in Kiel, WI. She married Robert W. Seitz on December 13, 1941. Helen retired from JC Penny in West Bend and was a member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church in West Bend.

Her favorite pastimes included playing golf, reading, doing puzzles, baking, traveling, and tending to her flower gardens. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Helen is survived by her sons, Jack (Lori), Dennis (Lillian), and Larry (Pat); grandchildren, Heather (Steve) Hammond, Heidi Survis, Jason (Crystal) Survis, Jeffrey (Amber) Seitz, Joel (Jennifer) Seitz, John Seitz, Victoria (Duane) Hayes, James (Heather) Seitz; great-grandchildren, Madeleine, Grace, Zachary, Cossettelynn, Leah, Victoria, Hailey, Emma, Alexis, Aryonnia, Caleb, Tryniti, Madison, Alexis, and Lucas. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, two sisters and their husbands.

The Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at 6:00 PM at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Darin Wiebe presiding. The Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 14th from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM at the funeral home.
