Gerald Peter Thelen, age 95 passed away peacefully on December 21, 2024, at Kathy's Hospice in West Bend. He was born November 13, 1929, in Newburg, WI to Bernard and Amanda (nee Esselman) Thelen. He is 1 of 15 children. Gerald is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 70 years, Tulluah "Kay" (10/07/2024).

Gerald is survived by his 4 children, Scott (Sherry)Thelen of Kewaskum, Vicki Thelen, Dale (Chris) Thelen, Brian (Gini) Thelen all of West Bend. He is survived by 9 grandchildren, Beth (Steve)Payne, Julie Lindsey, Griffin (Kyle) Kopp, Kendal (Ross) Hausmann, Aubree Thelen, Paige (Josh) Peterson, Jade (Branden) Benoit, Maggie Thelen and Peter (Alyssa)Thelen. He has 8 great grandchildren. He is further survived by 4 sisters, Rita (Clete)Schneider, Erla Schneider, Kathy Harmeling, Mary Ann (Dave) Schowalter, 2 brothers Charles (Joan) Thelen, Richard (Barb)Thelen, brother-in-law Andy Dieringer and sister-in-law Mary Thelen. Preceded in death of grandson Patrick Lindsey, brothers and sisters.

To honor his wishes, there will be no service held. Gerald and Tulluah "Kay" will be laid to rest at Forest Home Cemetery in Fifield, WI
