Franz "Frank" Keilhauer, age 83, passed away on Sunday, June 9, 2013. He was born on March 9, 1930 to Anton and Elizabeth (nee Pfeiffer) Keilhauer. He worked for Badger Meter from 1966 until 1992.
He is survived by his loving wife, Anna (nee Strack); cherished children, Monica (Jeff) Van Tuyle, Erika (Ken) Gutbrod, Dr. Franz (Vicki) Keilhauer; Opa to Jennifer and Bridgette Van Tuyle, Nicole (Chris) Dumke, Laura (Andy) Lysaght, Samantha Gutbrod, and Damian Keilhauer. He is further survived by great-granddaughter, Alaina Dumke; brother-in-law, Matt Strack; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents and parents-in-law.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, June 12th at 4:00 PM at St. Peter's Catholic Church (200 E Washington St, Slinger) with Fr. Richard Stoffel presiding. The visitation will be held at church on Wednesday June 12th from 2:00 PM until 3:45 PM. Interment will follow the Mass at (new) St. Peter's Cemetery.
