RADY, Evelyn A. (nee Heinowski), age 87 years of Slinger, passed away Monday, April 11, 2016 at Serenity Villa.
Evelyn was born on May 12, 1928 to John and Agnes Heinowski in West Allis. She married Willis "Bill" Rady in 1953.
Evelyn is survived by her brother-in-law Ralph Jr., (Rita) Rady, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and great-great nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents, brothers and husband Willis.
A Funeral Service at 6:30PM on Thurs., April 14 at Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W. Paradise Dr., West Bend). Visitation at the funeral home on Thurs., April 14 from 5Pm -6:30PM.
