Evelyn "Evie" M. Frank (nee Tilkens) age 95 years, passed away on December 11, 2015 at The Kathy Hospice. She was born on November 19, 1920 in Green Bay to Frank and Julia (nee Olejniczak) Tilkens. She moved to Shorewood in 1927. After graduating Shorewood High School she attended Prospect Hall Business School and worked for Westinghouse Manufacturing. Evelyn later resided at Cedar Ridge Community for 20 years.

Evelyn is survived by her daughter Diane (Michael) Callen; her grandchildren Todd (Shereen) Callen, Ryan Callen; her great-grandson Ty Callen and great granddaughter Mandalyn Callen; her step daughter Charlotte Hamilton; step grandson Kevin (Julie) Hamilton; step great-grandchildren Kaitlin, Caleb and Jamie Hamilton. She is further survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Evelyn is preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Glenn D. Spitz, her second husband Frank H. Frank

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday December 17, 2015 at 1:30 PM at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church (1025 S. 7th Ave West Bend) with Fr. Enrique Hernandez presiding. Visitation will be at the church on Thursday from 12:30 PM until time of mass. Inurnment will be at Resurrection Cemetery.
