Obituary
Ellen Marie Maronek, 75 yrs., died on November 11, 2024 of a heart attack. Born in Milwaukee on July 23, 1949, she is the youngest triplet sister of Susan and Mary Maronek. She graduated from Alverno College with an Arts major and worked as a housing coordinator for the unhoused in Waukesha. After retiring, she moved into Cambridge senior apartments. She practiced Transcendental Meditation in her spiritual life and kept in close contact with her sisters. A kind, loving and gentle person, she will always be a part of our lives.
She is survived by her older sister Sara Nephew and husband Dale, her late brother Arthur Maronek is survived by his wife Helen Drummand. She is also lovingly remembered by her nephew Pat Timbers, niece Samantha Marlowe and her family Jett and Charlie, and other relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, November 29th, from 1:00 – 3:00 pm, at the Good Day Cafe, 2400 W. Washington Street, West Bend.
In lieu of flowers, please send donations to charitable organizations in Africa, Gaza, or Ukraine.
