Elizabeth "Betty" L. Boldt (nee Mueller) entered eternal life on Monday, February 20, 2017 at the age of 95 years.
Betty was born on August 5, 1921 in Sheboygan to Harold and Irma (nee Burhop) Mueller. She attended Kohler High School, class of 1939 and later graduated from UW Madison in 1943. Betty married the late Milton Boldt on October 20, 1945. Betty taught Home Economics for several schools. She loved sewing, knitting, traveling up north and spending time with her family and especially the grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Former member of Menomonee Falls Junior Women's club.
Betty is survived by her children John, Richard (Sharon) and Margaret (Charles) Schowalter; grandchildren Norah (Lucas) Koskovich, AnnMarie (Joe) DiGangi, Charles Schowalter, Cheryl (Jon Reed) Boldt and Jeni (Michael) Kiel. She is further survived by her great-grandchildren Hannah, Emma and Leah Koskovich, Mya, Will and Tyler DiGangi, sisters-in-law Phyllis Hundley, Lorraine (Glen) Boldt Lemmenes, Helen "Carol" Boldt, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her parents, husband Milton, sister Carol "Kelly" Stoltenberg Koehn, brothers-in-law Russell Boldt, Fred Boldt, Earl Stoltenberg Sr., Ray Koehn, nephews Ronald Pearce, David Pearce and Carl Boldt.
A Funeral Service will be at 12:00 pm on Saturday, February 25, 2017 at St. John's Lutheran Church (2881 Division Rd., Jackson) with Rev. Paul K. Mittermaier presiding. Interment will take place at St. Peter UCC Cemetery in Jackson. Visitation will be at the CHURCH ONLY on Saturday, February 25 from 10:00 am until time of service (12:00pm).
