Eileen (Nee Tanko) Malitz, age 79, passed away on Friday, November 21,2025 at her residence. Born in Milwaukee, WI on October 22,1946, Eileen was the daughter of the late Edward & Helen (Nee: Hren) Tanko Sr.. She received her Degree in Registered Nursing from Milwaukee County School of Nursing, where she went on to be an Infection Control and Wound Care Nurse at Hearthside and Pathways. On July 13,1991, she married Randy Malitz.

Eileen is survived by her husband Randy Malitz; her children, Tracy Seymour, Scott Seymour (Ally Shields), Michael Malitz (Natasha Prew), and Mary Shryock (Brian). She will also be missed by her grandchildren, Amelia, Olivia, Bowen, and Nick; her brother Edward (Carol) Tanko Jr., as well as relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Edward Sr. and Helen, her mother and father -in-law as well as several other loved ones.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 12, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. at Phillip Funeral Home in West Bend. Visitation will be at the funeral Home from 4:00 P.M.-5:45 P.M. Dinner will be served after service. Burial will take place on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at Washington County Memorial Park at 10:00 A.M.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or the Special Olympics have been suggested.
