Eileen Hackbarth (nee Koller), age 83, found peace on January 31, 2015. She was born on July 11, 1931 in Milwaukee to Julius and Helen (nee Farenz) Koller. She married her true love Kenneth Hackbarth on March 11, 1950.

Beloved mother of Julaine (Craig) Jacob, Scott (Jayne) Hackbarth; loving grandmother "granny" to Kyle (Kim) Jacob, Nicole (Tim) Bublitz, Erica (Greg) Lampert, Monica (Chad) Phelps; special great-grandmother of Taylor, Travis, Olivia, Mason, Ava, Collin, Tyler, and Lauren; survived by other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her husband Kenneth.

A memorial service will be held at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W. Paradise Dr. West Bend, WI 53095) on Thursday, February 5, 2015 at 12:30PM. Visitation will be held at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday from 11:00AM until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Alzheimer's Association appreciated.

Eileen was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
