Edward "Ed" F. Salefske Jr., 66, passed away on February 25, 2015. He was born on September 14, 1948 in Hamburg, WI to the late Edward Salefske and Joyce (nee Heidmann) Salefske-Prose. He was a veteran of the US Army and served proudly and honorably during Vietnam from 1969-1971 as a Green Beret Special Forces. Ed was the owner and operator of E & S Trucking in West Bend.

He is survived by his daughter Jennifer Dubey (special friend Charlie Koch); grandchildren: Dillon, Bradley and Isaac; fiancée Sharon Gahan; siblings: Kathleen (Leonard) Berg, Randolph (LeeAnn) and Ronald. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Calvin and sister Beverly.

The Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2015 at 11:30 AM at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W Paradise Drive, West Bend). The visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, February 28th from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 11:30 AM.
