Edward E. Kroll, 92, passed away on Friday, December 13, 2013. He was born on February 27, 1921 in Thiensville, Wisconsin to the late Emil and Elsie (nee Jahn). He attended Cedarburg High School. Ed enjoyed golfing, bowling, and playing cards. Above all, he loved spending time with family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Cecilia; children: Suzanne (Gary) Laubenstein, Sandra (Peter) Jungers, Janice (Arthur) Laubenstein, Bonnie (James) Steffen, Monroe (Laurie) Beger, Larry (Marsha) Beger, Christine Beger, Jo (Barry) Barefoot, Debbie (Shakeel) Ali; 30 grandchildren; 52 great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law: Teresa (Mathias) Stoffel, MaryAnn Mayer, Alice (Peter) Schulteis, Rita Bruckert, Judith (Bernard) Beck, Rose (Raymond) Zingsheim, and Lorraine Boden; brothers-in-law: Paul (Shirley), Joseph (Marlene), and Alfred Jr. (Shari) Reinders; other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by granddaughter, Connie Jungers; great-grandsons, Tyler Laubenstein and Dakota Harder.

The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 16, 2013 at 3:00 PM at St. John's Lutheran Church (623 Congress Street, Newburg) with Pastor Kurt Schaser presiding. The visitation will be at the church on Monday, December 16th from 1:00 PM until 2:45 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
