Obituary
Doreen Fay Miller (nee Boyung), age 87, passed away Thursday, June 5, 2025, at her home in West Bend. She was born on September 2, 1937, to Edwin and Edna (nee Ruhnke). Doreen married her love, the late Abraham L. Miller, on August 18, 1956, at St. John's Lutheran Church in Newburg. Doreen enjoyed watching the Packers, Brewers and Westerns also camping, playing bingo, and watching her favorite Tv shows.
Doreen is survived by her five children, Dale, Bonnie (Michael) Neelis, David (Lisa), Barb Seramur, Dennis (Wanda); grandchildren, Trish, Stephanie (Bob), Jennifer(Jake), Elizabeth (Frank), Melissa (Doug), Amanda (Jason), Christopher (Kaitlin), Kimberly (Scott) and Wendy (Chris); 13 great-grandchildren, Taylor, Tyler, Trenton, Ethan, Brant, Wil, Ken, Eli, Jaydon, Pierce, Hadley, Anabelle, Ruby, Kaydan, Lincoln; 2 sisters, Jean and Bethana; sister-in-law, Sue. Also, Grandma Miller to Tony, Julie and Sarah. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Doreen is preceded in death by her husband, Abraham; daughter-in-law, Elaine "Shorty"; her parents; siblings, Donald (Mary), Edwin (Rosemary), Elmer, Jerry, Joseph, (Jane), Ralph, Patrica (Jerry) and grandchildren, Becky and Cody.
A Funeral Service will be at 11:30AM on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (777 S. Indiana Ave. West Bend, WI 53095) with Pastor Robert Hein and Pastor Paul Janke presiding. Visitation will be at church on Wednesday, June 11 th from 9:00am until 11:15am. Her Burial will immediately follow the service at Washington County Memorial Park.
