Dolores Lahmsen (nee Wangert) Age 88, Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on July 29, 2015. She met Edwin Lahmsen, the love of her life and they married July 23, 1949. Together they had 5 beautiful children.

She enjoyed long walks with her dog and playing cards with her friends. She will always be remembered for her love and devotion to her family.

Dolores is survived by her daughters Karen (Ron) Eades, Donna Cusack, Sheree (Darrell) Rechlin, Debbie (Dave) Greengo and son Rick Lahmsen; grandchildren, Casey (Sandy) Greengo, Brandon Cusack, Christopher (Kristin) Rechlin, Dustin (Elissa) Greengo, Ashley and Melissa Rechlin; great-granchildren, Morgan and Tyler Greengo, Austin, Savannah and Mollie Cusack, Ethan and Stella Greengo, Zoey Rechlin and Elise Rechlin. Further survived by her four-legged companion Bentley and other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents Gustav and Clara (nee Tews) Wangert, her husband Edwin Lahmsen and her brother Harold Wangert

A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday August 4th at 7:00pm at Phillip Funeral Home (1420 West Paradise Dr. West Bend, WI) with Pastor David Kellerman presiding. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 5:00pm until the time of service.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to The Washington County Humane Society (3650 State Road 60, Slinger, WI 53086)
