Obituary
Diane Lynn Otto (nee Ziemer), age 75, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 31, 2025, at her home in Hubertus with her husband by her side. She was born on August 27, 1949, in Milwaukee, WI to Paul Jr. and Mildred (nee Koput) Ziemer. Diane married her love, James "Jim" Otto on August 13, 1980. Diane retired as Director of Medical Staff Services at St. Josephs Hospital Milwaukee after 43 years of service.
Diane is survived by her husband of 45 years, Jim; sister Dawn (John) Schodron (nee Ziemer); nephew, Jay Norgel and his wife Tina; great-nieces and great-nephew, Jenna Norgel, Jarett Norgel, Camryn Norgel. She is further survived by other relatives and friends.
Diane is preceded in death by her parents, Paul Jr. and Mildred Ziemer.
A gathering of friends and family will be on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W Paradise Dr. West Bend, WI 53095) from 5:00pm until 7:00pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to the Washington County Humane Society in Diane's name (3650 State Rd 60 Slinger, WI 53086).
A special thank you to Froedtert West Bend Hospital Cancer Center and Horizon Hospice for their compassionate care.
