Obituary
Debra "Debbie" A. Brunner (nee DeBroux), age 71, passed away on Wednesday May 7, 2025, at Froedtert Hospital Milwaukee. She was born on October 1, 1953, in Antigo, WI to Joseph and Beverly Debroux. She married James "Jim" Brunner on October 16, 1971. They had one daughter, Stacey, who sadly died in 2011 in a motorcycle accident. Debbie was a stay at mom and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Debbie loved her many pets.
Debbie is survived by husband, Jim; brother, Terry (Bonnie) Debroux; father, Joseph; nieces, Jodi (Seamus) Garvey, Cheri (Kevin) McCourt, and Traci (Colin McGinnis) Tousey; great-nieces Ayla & Finley Garvey, Harper McCourt, Nola Tousey and nephew Blake McCourt. She is further survived by aunts, Jean Stickney, Betty Debroux and Norma Debroux.
Debbie was preceded in death by her mom, Beverly; daughter, Stacey; in-laws, Earl and Luella Brunner; sister-in-law, Sally Brunner; grandparents Raymond/Arlene Weix and Francis/Desire Debroux; aunts and uncles.
A Funeral Service will be at 11:00am on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W Paradise Dr. West Bend, WI 53095). Visitation will be at the funeral home on Thursday, May 15 th from 10:00am until 10:45am. Entombment will follow at Washington County Memorial Park.
The family would like to thank the wonderful Froedtert doctors, nurses and staff that cared for Debbie's during her extended stay in the hospital. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Washington County Humane Society, Inc.
