Deborah Strasbaugh, age 59, passed away on Thursday, February 23, 2017 at the Kathy Hospice.
The Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at 6:00 PM at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W Paradise Drive, West Bend). The Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 1st from 4:00 PM until the time of service at 6:00 PM.
