Dawn M. McEwen, 60, entered into eternal life July 11, 2016. She was born January 20, 1956 in Milwaukee, WI to Lewis H. and Evelyn M. (nee Spartz) Schmidt. She graduated from Kewaskum High School in 1975 and became CNA certified. She spent many proud years working for St. Joseph's Hospital in many different departments. At her time of death, she worked for Ivy Manor in Jackson, WI and Tri-Par in West Bend, WI.

Dawn is survived by her two sons Jeremy J. McEwen and William "B.J." McEwen; ex-husband John McEwen; a granddaughter Alexandria Nicholle McEwen; five siblings Dean Schmidt, Dan (Lisa) Schmidt, Denise (Tom) Grudzielanek, Darcie (Gil) Salm and Debie (Kevin) Rodenkirch. Further survived by aunts and uncles, many nieces, nephews and friends.

Dawn is preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Laura (Bonenfant) Schmidt and by her parents and two uncles Robert Spartz and John Spartz.

A Graveside Service will be on Friday, July 15, 2016 at 11:00AM at the St. Mathias Cemetery (New Fane-Campbellsport, WI). In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to the family.
