David R. Smukowski was born to eternal life on November 29, 2021 at the age of 78.
He is Lovingly survived by his wife Sandra. Beloved father of Michelle (Terry) Kringel and Beth (David) Brehm. Proud grandfather of Alycia Kringel, Braedon and Reegan Brehm. He is further survived by other family and friends.
David is preceded in death by his sister Diane (George) Reszel.
Memorials are appreciated to the American Diabetes Association and/or Alzheimer's Association.
