David "Dave" L. Ricke
Went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, August 26, 2024, at the age of 84. He was born in Peoria, IL the son of the late Eldon and Irene (nee Biesterfeld) Ricke. Dave married the love of his life Beverly Krause on May 14, 1966, in Racine, WI. Dave worked for Industrial Towel and Uniform in New Berlin, WI for 30 years and was a United States Air Force Veteran. He was an avid outdoorsman and craftsman; hunting, fishing, golfing and made knifes, bows, and arrows. Dave loved being with his family and friends.
Dave is survived by his wife Beverly A. Ricke, of 58 years; daughters Deborah (Brian) Ricke-Smith, and Sherry (Jim) Jerome; grandchildren Zach Smith, Noelle Jerome, Krystal (Thom) Wangerin, Heather (Seth) Voeltner, and Robert Jerome; great-grandchildren Zamora, Jasmine, Kamryn, Lydia, Eva, Daniel, and Shea. He is further survived by siblings Carmen Malone, James (Kathy) Ricke, Faith (the late Earl) Fenner, Jacqueline Petet, Mark (Lisa) Ricke, and Becky (David) Hunt, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A visitation for Dave will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2024, at Kettlebrook Church, 2378 W. Washington St., West Bend, from 10:30AM until the time of the 11:30AM Memorial Service. Burial will be private at a later date.
