David G. Przybylski ("Hook"), went home to be with the Lord on Monday, July 28, 2014. Age 76. He was the beloved husband of Dorothy for 53 years; dear father of David II (Lori) and Denise Salzman (John Johnson); loving grandfather of Heather, David III, Zachary Salzman and Brittney (Joshua) Bolfert; other relatives and friends.

Preceded in death by parents Alex and Veronica Przybylski and sister, Monica McCreery.

Visitation, Saturday, August 2, 2014 from 10:00 AM until the time of the Memorial Service at 11:00 AM at St. Paul's UCC (495 St. Augustine Rd, Colgate, WI). Interment of cremains will follow at Zion Cemetery.
