Cynthia "Cindy" J. Blair (nee Kuepper), age 64, went home on Saturday, August 5, 2017 at her home in West Bend. She was born on October 7, 1952 in Milwaukee to Clarence and Catherine (nee Weich) Kuepper. Cindy Blair was an outstanding lady. She recently retired after more than forty years working in the same accounting firm. She was a loving and caring wife, mother, mother-in-law, sister, grandmother and friend. She enjoyed nature especially going up north. She loved to read, play games, and go to the movies. She was fond of spending time with all her family and friends.
Cindy is survived by her loving husband of 41 plus years, Ralph; children Joyce (Justin) Kellow, Robert (Jolene) Blair, Corie Blair; grandchildren Hunter and Katherine Kellow; siblings Patricia Weinert, Mary Gaddis, Linda (Steve) Haugland, Michael (Cindy) Kuepper; siblings-in-law Brian (Sharon) Blair, Elizabeth (Fred Mueller) Blair. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Cindy is preceded in death by her parents, step-father Ben Tennies, parents-in-law Robert K. and Joyce M. Blair, Step-mother-in-law Ruth Blair, brother-in-law Robert Weinert, sister-in-law Barbara Blair.
A Memorial Service will be at 1:00 PM on Sunday, August 13, 2017 at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W. Paradise Dr. West Bend, WI 53095). Visitation will be the same day, at the funeral home from 11:00 AM until the time of the service (1:00 PM).
