Clarice Lorraine Basing (nee Mulholland) passed away peacefully surrounded by family on October 27, 2019 at age 96. She is now with her beloved husband Art, where they will waltz and polka together for all eternity.

She was the loving mom of Nedra (John) Ohm, and Garry (Shelly) Basing. She was the very proud grandma of John (Becky) Ohm, Jeffrey (Megan) Ohm, and Christopher (Lindsey) Basing. She was the adoring great-grandma of Zachary, Finn, Olivia, Bridget, Emily and Ellie.

Clarice loved being with her family. She enjoyed many wonderful friends. She had the most delightful smile that never faded even as her body grew weaker. Her memory will live on in the beautiful stained glass art work she created.

Our family wishes to thank the kind and caring staff at Forest View Manor in Jackson, Wisconsin where Clarice spent the last three years of her life, as well as Seasons Hospice.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23 at 6:30 PM with a memorial service to follow at 7:00 PM at St. John's Lutheran Church (2881 Division Road, Jackson, WI) with Pastor Paul Mittermaier officiating. Memorials in Clarice's honor are appreciated to St. John's Lutheran Church.
