Obituary

Christopher Hohner, Manager - Procurement and Accounts Payable Enterprise Vendor & Alliance Management at Northwestern Mutual, died on May 24th, 2018 at the age of 49 from a brain aneurysm rupture. He loved working for Northwestern Mutual and developed many great friendships.

Christopher is survived by his wife, Charlotte; children, Brad, Amber and Heather Hohner; step-son, Nicolas; 2 grandchildren; mother, Dorothy Hohner; father, Michael (Gayle) Hohner; a sister, a brother, a step-sister and 2 step-brothers. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Chris was a great family man and loving father. Those who knew him, know he was a very calm and kind man and very smart. He had been enjoying golfing, fishing and boating for many years and more recently was a proud Harley motorcycle owner. Chris loved working out in the company fitness center and often signed up for 5K runs. Chris was proud of his new home he and his wife built together this year and was looking forward to backyard cookouts and relaxing around his fire pit in the woods.

Chris had chosen to be cremated. He was an organ donor and was able to give the gift of his heart, liver, both kidneys, eyes and tissue.
