Cheryl L. Knudson (nee Enoch), passed away on Friday, July 26, 2013. She was born on October 9, 1950 to Edward and Elizabeth (nee Dixon). She married Thomas J. Knudson on June 5, 1976. She taught elementary education in Huntsville, Alabama and at Herman Consolidated School. She was a Girl Scout Leader for over 20 years. Cheryl enjoyed doing crafts, reading, cooking, singing, and teaching. She dedicated her life to serving the Lord. She was actively involved with the WI District Church of the Nazarene, including volunteering in various ministries and with missions throughout the years. She also loved listening to contemporary Christian music. Cheryl was very giving and selfless. Her life and the way she loved others was a testament to her faith in Jesus Christ.
She is survived by her husband, Tom; children, David Knudson, Carie (Otis) Harris, and Jonathan E. (Kayla) Knudson; and brother, Ronald (Celeste) Enoch. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Karen and Gary Enoch.
The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2013 at 1:00 PM at Phillip Funeral Home (1420 W Paradise Drive, West Bend, WI 53095) with Pastor Glenn Butts presiding. The visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, August 3rd from 10:30 AM until the time of service at 1:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Compassionate Ministries through the West Bend Church of the Nazarene (609 Sandy Acre Drive N, West Bend, WI 53090) would be appreciated.
