Charles "Chuck" J. Curtis, age 72, passed away Monday December 23, 2019 at the Clement J. Zablocki Regional Medical Center in Milwaukee. He was born on December 11, 1947 in Antigo, WI to James C. and Edna L. (nee Kakes) Curtis. Charles was retired from the Milwaukee Public Schools as an engineer/boiler operator. Charles served in the US Air Force.

Chuck is survived by his wife Judith S. (nee Hall), his son Charles A. Curtis, grandson Charles "C.J." Curtis, his brother James H. (JoAnn) Curtis, brother-in-law Richard (the late Patricia) Pulanco, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews other relatives and friends.

A Memorial Service for Charles will be held at 12:00pm on Saturday December 28th at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W Paradise Dr. West Bend, WI 53095). Visitation will be held on Saturday from 10:00am until 11:45am. Final place of rest will be at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove, WI.
