Chad M. Ascher, age 35 years, passed away unexpectedly in Ironwood, Michigan on Thursday February 8, 2018. He was born on March 29, 1982 to Ernst and Cynthia (nee Kump) Ascher. Chad was born in Milwaukee, raised in West Bend, and graduated from West Bend East High School Class of 2000. He enjoyed camping, hiking, watching soccer, biking and playing video games.

Chad is survived by his parents, his brother Tim, his grandmother Maria Ascher, aunts, uncles, cousins other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Busha "Alice" and JaJa "John" Kump and his grandpa Kirby Ascher.

A Memorial Service for Chad will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday February 18th at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W. Paradise Dr.). Visitation will be at the funeral home on Sunday from 1:00 pm until time of service at 3:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Wisconsin Humane Society in Chad's name are appreciated.
