Catherine "Cathy" D. Matthiae (nee Monday), age 72, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, May 26, 2017 in her home, in Mayville. She was born on November 30, 1944 in Trenton, WI to Glen and Clementine (nee Krell) Monday. Cathy loved her Bingo, sports and mostly family!

Cathy is survived by her children Terrance and Victoria; grandchildren Joshua Dewitz, Felicia Stelsel; siblings Norbert (Mary Jo) Monday, Mary Ann Monday, Kenneth Monday, Margie Jaschob, Michael Monday and Rose Spartz. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Cathy is preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Terrance Vey and second husband Donald "Matt" Matthiae, siblings Joseph Monday, Donald (Gloria) Monday, Sylvia (Jim) McGaw, brothers-in-law Steven Jaschob and Robert Spartz.

A Funeral Service will be at 3:00PM on Friday, June 2, 2017 at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W. Paradise Dr. West Bend, WI 53095) with Deacon Mike Koebel presiding. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 1:00PM until the time of the service (3:00PM).
