Obituary
Carolyn R. Starr (nee Ruedt) of West Bend, WI, passed away Monday November 26, 2018 at Aurora St. St Luke's Hospital. Her strength, intelligence, and sense of humor will be remembered with love by family and friends. A Memorial Service will be held in spring of 2019. Her children ask that in lieu of flowers, donations to Heifer International (1 World Avenue, Little Rock, AR 72202) may be made in her name.
