Carol F. Tanner (nee Laubenheimer), age 88, passed away Thursday, December 22, 2015. She was born on July 25, 1927 in Richfield, WI to Philip and Hilda (nee Scharfenberg) Laubenheimer. Carol graduated from Slinger High School and from Milwaukee Business School. She worked for the U.S. Government and Columbia Hospital. She married Daniel J. Tanner on May 28, 1949 and they had eight sons.

Carol is survived by her children Mike (Annie), Thomas J., James (Vickie), Robert A, Patrick A; 20 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; her siblings Edward, Stanley (LaVerne), Henry (Ann), Phyllis, Dona (Robert) Mantz. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She preceded in death by her husband Daniel J, sons Daniel T, Scott R. and William J, her brother Donald, and her parents.

Private services will be held for Carol.
