Carol Elizabeth Roeske (nee Knitter), age 80, passed away on Sunday, August 22, 2021 at her home in Jackson. She was born on December 31, 1940 to Steve and Helen (nee Krezminski) Knitter.

Carol's favorite pastime was spending time at their cottage in Eagle River. She also enjoyed sewing, knitting, baking, playing bingo and the lottery, but mostly spending time with her family.

Carol is survived by her husband of 54 years, Gregory; daughters Kristina (Ron), Stephanie (George), grandchildren Jack, Henry, Grace and Nora, Sibling Shirley Gerhardt (Knitter)

Carol is preceded in death by her parents and Siblings Mary Aubrey and James Knitter

A Celebration of Life will be at N161W19161 Oakland Drive Jackson, WI 53037 Sunday August 29th from 12-3.
