Carol Margaret Radloff (Nee: Kepper), 79, passed at Lawlis Hospice in Mequon, WI on Wednesday, March 25,2026. Carol was born in Milwaukee, WI on December 22,1946. She was one of eight children born to Claude and Rita (Nee: Kerkman) Kepper. She was raised in Brookfield, Wi and graduated from Brookfield East High School.
She united in marriage to Marvin Radloff on July 27,1985 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Woodland, WI. Marvin was the love of her life, they enjoyed 40 years of wonderful marriage before she was called home to the lord.
Carol was proud owner for 15 years of Bridgewater Motel in Eagle River, WI. While owning her motel, Carol found the most comfort attending church in Eagle River with her church family. In her free time, she found immense joy in boating, fishing, skiing, snow mobiling, and cruising.
Family was everything to Carol. Her 3 children were her world, they brought much joy to her life, and she loved them all with her whole heart. Her grandchildren gave her a whole new level of joy, her favorite thing to do was partake in imaginary play with them.
Carol will be deeply missed by her husband Marvin Radloff, children; Donna (Brad) Devenport, Peter Smith and Darin Smith, her grandchildren; David (Kellee), Laura (Ben), Sarah (Blair), Joshua, Zack and Jacie, and great grandchildren; Bode and Joanna. She will also be missed by her siblings; Claudia (Vern) Peterka, Mary Goelz, Chris (Gary) Kohlman, Joanne (Ty) Phelps, Jane Sonetti, Patty (Gator) Walters, Joe Kepper, and Marlene Melton, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, godchildren, and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents; Claude and Rita, her children’s father Don Smith, sister in law ; Carol Schreef , and mother in law;Hattie Radloff.
A memorial service will be held to honor Carol’s life on Monday, April 13, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. at Phillip Funeral Home in West Bend, WI. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 3:00 -4:45 P.M. Pastor Joshua Odell will be officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials made to the ALS foundation in Carol’s honor have been suggested.
