Muth, Carol (nee Cook) "Patsy", age 81, passed away after a brief battle with AML on Friday October 30, 2015. Patsy was a retired employee at Arandell.

Loving mom of Ron (Debra) Muth, Debbie (Randy) Dahl, Laurie Warner, Barbie (Boyd) Thew, and Tracy (Jeff) Turk. Proud Nana of Nick, Katie (Dave), Ryan, Drew (Julie), Alex (Crystal), Megan, Joel, Matthew, and Mackenzie and four great grandchildren. Beloved sister of Judy, Jean, Nancy, and Susie (Richard). Further survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by her brother Russell (Carol), one great grandson and brothers-in- law.

A Funeral Service for Patsy will be held on Friday, November 6, 2015 at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W. Paradise Drive West Bend, WI 53095) at 7:00 PM. Visitation will take place at the funeral home from 4:00 PM until the time of the service at 7:00 PM.
