Carol Ann Lord (nee Krause), age 74, unexpectedly found peace and was reunited with the love of her life, Jim, on November 19, 2022 at Froedtert West Bend Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born on September 15, 1948 to Walter and Beatrice (nee Bourcier) Krause in Rhinelander Wisconsin.

After her retirement from Guaranty Bank Carol enjoyed many casino trips with her best friend, scrapbooking, reading many James Patterson books, and most of all making memories with her grandchildren.

Carol is survived by her daughters Krista Kongslien of Cudahy and Karen (Brian) Feucht of West Bend. Grandchildren Tara and Conner Feucht, and Hailey Weisner. And her "Vegas Buddy" Charlotte "Chas" Puckett of over fifty years.

Carol is preceded in death by her husband James A. Lord, her parents Walter and Beatrice Krause, her parents in-law Nathan and Lorraine Lord, and her dear friend Norma Jean Mechelke.

A Funeral Service will be at 6:00PM on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W Paradise Dr. West Bend, WI 53095). Visitation will be prior at the funeral home on Tuesday, November 29th from 4:00PM until 5:45PM.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the Cancer Center at Froedtert West Bend or the Froedtert West Bend Hospital Foundation.

A special thank you to the amazing care team at the Cancer Center of Froedtert West Bend - Drs. Burfeind, Johnstone, APNP Kristi Caddock, Nurse Alyssa and the rest of the absolutely amazing angel staff who cared and cheered for "CC" while she beat her two battles of Lymphoma. A heartfelt thank you also goes to FWBH Med Surg nurse, Haley, for her utmost compassion and care given during her final hours.
