Carol Jean Hausmann (nee Reuteler), (formerly Zimmermann, Van Der Elsen) passed away Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at the Kathy Hospice at the age of 81 years. She was born on March 22, 1938 in Milwaukee to Arnold and Evelyn (nee Krause) Reuteler. She was raised in West Allis and graduated from West Allis High School.

Carol is survived by her children Scott (Jaqueline) Van Der Elsen and Kurt (Colleen) Van Der Elsen, loving grandchildren Abby (C.J.) Dachs, Mike (Brenda) Van Der Elsen and David (Jamie) Van Der Elsen, other relatives and friends.

A Funeral Service for Carol will be held at 12PM on Monday, June 17th at River of Life Lutheran Church (598 Hillcrest Rd. Saukville, WI 53080) with Pastor Wilmer Reichmann presiding. Visitation will be at the church on Monday, June 17th from 10:00AM until time of service. Interment will be at Washington County Memorial Park in West Bend.
