Carla Weinert (nee Haack), age 68, passed away on Thursday, January 20, 2022 at Froedtert of West Bend. She was born on September 13, 1953 to LaVonne (Marv) Haack.

Carla is survived by her husband of 47 years, Ronald; children, Chad, Justin (Kelli), and Jessica; grandchildren, Hailey, Shyann, Ashlyn, Phoenix and Luka; her mother, LaVonne; siblings, Kim (Ron) Hendricks, Gil (Teresa) Haack, Shane Haack, Cory (Amanda) Lee; siblings-in-law, Barb Weinert, Sue Wallin and Steven Weinert. She is further survived nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Carla is preceded in death by her father and parents-in-law Richard (Theresa) Weinert.

A Funeral Service will be at 11:00AM on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W Paradise Dr. West Bend, WI 53095) with Pastor John Bass presiding. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Saturday, January 29th from 9:00AM until 10:45AM. Interment will follow at Washington County Memorial Park.
