Brandon Thomas Balistreri, age 38, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2026 at Aurora Zilber Family Hospice. Brandon was born on June 4, 1987 in Menomonee Falls, WI, the son of Ignatius Balistreri Jr. and Debra (nee: Kelber) Prah. As a young child, Brandon’s family moved from Milwaukee to West Bend, where he graduated from West Bend East High School in 2005. On August 25, 2018 he was united in marriage to Ashley Zastrow at The Gardens Wedding Center in Allenton, WI. He was employed at MBW Inc. in Slinger.

In his free time, he enjoyed golfing, hunting, fishing, hiking, camping and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. Most of all, Brandon loved the time he spent with his children, Whitney and Brantley.

Brandon will be deeply missed by his wife, Ashley Balistreri; children, Whitney and Brantley Balistreri; his mother, Debra (Robert) Prah; and grandparents, Wayne (Viola) Kelber and Carol (Thomas) Olsen. He will also be missed by his sisters, Krystina (Chris) Hmielewski and Brianna (David) Welch; father and mother -in-law, Donald and Linda Zastrow; and sibling -in-laws, Jennifer (Mark) Franz, Michael (Bonnie) Zastrow and Rebecca (Andrew) Belt. Brandon is further survived by fourteen nieces and nephews, as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his father, Ignatius Balistreri Jr.; grandparents, Maryann (Russell) Yahnke and Ignatius (Mabel) Balistreri Sr; and one uncle, Joseph Balistreri.

A memorial service will be held for Brandon on Thursday, March 26 at 3:00 P.M. at Phillip Funeral Home in West Bend. Visitation will be from 1:00-2:45 P.M.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Brandon’s children: Whitney and Brantley.
