Betty J. Herrmann (nee Bury), 85, passed away on Monday, November 9, 2015 at Zilber Hospice in Wauwatosa. She was born in Milwaukee on April 11, 1930 to Henry and Julia (nee Kerstein) Bury. She graduated from Pulaski High School and married Richard Herrmann on June 3, 1950.

Betty enjoyed baking, sewing, doing crafts and going to the casino. She loved traveling with her friends and spending time at the cabin in Eagle River. Betty enjoyed the friendships she developed at the Lighthouse of West Bend.

She is survived by her children: Diane (Tom) Guenther, Mike (Mary Jo) Herrmann and Mark Herrmann; ten grandchildren; sister Marian Schmidt; son-in-law Mark Jerabek; and sisters-in-law: Marion and Bernice Kuchenbecker. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Betty is preceded in death by her parents; husband Richard; daughter Nancy Jerabek; sister Helen (Jim) Gebhardt; brother Henry Bury and several brothers-in-law.

The Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at 3:00 PM at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W Paradise Drive) in West Bend. The Visitation will be at the funeral home on Saturday, November 14th from 1:00 PM until the time of service at 3:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Lighthouse (2130 Continental Drive, West Bend, WI 53095) or Zilber Hospice (1155 N Honey Creek Parkway, Wauwatosa, WI 53213).
